SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full-Time Day shift Building and Grounds Technician at The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York, PA.

Required

• A high school diploma or equivalent normally required;
• Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days;
• Valid driver’s license

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities

• Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc., as directed.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance.
• Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.
• Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.
