The ideal candidate will hold a current boiler license and have significant experience in repairs and operations.

Qualifications

• Current boiler license (Low Pressure) required.
• 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair required.
• Driver's license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Operation and repair of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.
• On-call for evening and weekend emergencies.

Job description

Roseville Lutheran Church is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our ministry staff.

20 hours per week, M-F, flexible schedule, with On-Call for evening and weekend emergencies.

$21-24 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Current boiler license is required ( Low Pressure )

• Accredited Classes or 5 years of experience in service and repair to HVAC equipment and systems required

• Operation and repair of AC and DC controls, motors, general knowledge of wiring breaker panels

• Drivers license and vehicle

• Electrical

• Plumbing

• Carpentry and General Building Repairs

• Able to work closely with staff and volunteers
