Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Repair drywall, concrete, brick, and block surfaces.
  • Install carpet, floor and ceiling tiles, bulletin boards, and other items.
  • Perform facility maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, waste disposal, snow removal, and more.
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, pipes, line painting, striping, and stenciling.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist the Maintenance Department with tasks such as sanitation, fire watch, confined space entry.
  • Prepare, transport, and stage chemicals for sanitation.

Position Summary

Our Hartwell, Georgia, factory measures an impressive 500,000 square feet. It represents our most versatile facility to date, enabling us to switch product lines with greater speed and efficiency. Together, we take immense pride in producing and distributing the brands that our customers trust and that bring joy to pets' lives.   • Safely operate heavy equipment and cleaning equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and other job-related equipment.
  • Assist the Maintenance Department with tasks such as sanitation, fire watch, confined space entry, etc.
  • Prepare, transport, and stage chemicals for sanitation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1+ years facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, military, or related environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The approximate hourly pay range for this position is $26.23 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestl e9 offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
