Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work irregular hours (evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Observe Better Builder® accredited worksite monitoring and evaluate interviews.
• Provide technical assistance and on-site support to monitors.
• Organize accreditation trainings for new monitors.
• Prepare regular reports per program procedures.
• Lead or support meetings with allies to implement program.
