Qualifications

• 3–5 years residential mortgage industry experience, preferably supporting a builder relationship.
• South Carolina Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Strong technology skills; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly.
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings.
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through mortgage process.
• Help gather required information through clear and timely communication.
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
