Job summary

Nutrition As Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Remote Registered Dietitian (RDN) to deliver evidence-based nutrition care through telehealth. You’ll conduct one-on-one virtual consultations, provide MNT for chronic conditions, and build strong patient relationships while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Join an established practice with a dedicated caseload provided. Full-time or part-time opportunities in the United States, with a focus on California and expanding opportunities elsewhere.

Qualifications

• RDN with strong clinical knowledge and counseling skills.
• Experience providing MNT for chronic health conditions.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and patient-centered counseling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic health records.
• Private practice or telehealth experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations.
• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments, education, and MNT.

Today, our growing team of 25+ Registered Dietitian Nutritionists provides personalized nutrition care to patients managing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, chronic kidney disease, and other health conditions.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll conduct one‑on‑one virtual consultations, providing comprehensive nutrition assessments, education, and individualized MNT.

Our consultation structure includes 53‑minute initial visits and 23‑minute follow‑ups, allowing you to establish relationships with patients and support their progress over time.

You’ll use motivational interviewing, engaging educational tools, and patient‑centered counseling to help individuals turn nutrition knowledge into meaningful action.

Who We’re Looking For

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with strong clinical knowledge and counseling skills
• Experience providing MNT for chronic health conditions
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and patient‑centered counseling
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic health records
• Private practice or telehealth experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

Our patients are primarily in California, with expanding opportunities in Texas and additional states.

Compensation & Opportunities

Equivalent to $35–$55/hour, paid per completed patient consultation, with full‑time and part‑time scheduling opportunities and benefits for eligible employees. 25 hrs per week count as full‑time!
