Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group in Spokane, WA seeks licensed clinicians to build private practices within our supportive infrastructure. This contract role offers ownership of your practice, referral support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and a managed office space.

You bring an active or pending independent license and the ability to diagnose and provide psychotherapy. We offer coaching and transparent financials to help you grow your caseload while delivering in-person care.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients in-person at Mindful Therapy Group offices or via telehealth as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, ethics, and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the Mindful Therapy Group team for supervision and practice growth.
