Mindful Therapy Group is seeking associates in Washington to join our Associate Program, offering clinical supervision, referrals, office space, and administrative support. Grow your caseload while focusing on clinical development and ethical care.

You’ll work within a supportive framework designed to help you progress toward full licensure, with access to credentialing, billing, and technology tools for seamless practice management.

Qualifications

• Active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.

Responsibilities
