Job summary

The Build Reliability Engineer will lead initiatives for continuous improvement in reliability and quality, developing internal processes and manufacturing software to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in reliability and/or quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations to embed reliability and quality in the product lifecycle.
• Participate in design/build reviews to ensure manufacturability and inspectability.
• Review process plans, specifications, and build documentation for compliance and quality objectives.
• Support internal processes and software to optimize production efficiency and change control.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
