Job summary

David Munson Insurance & Financial Services Inc. is seeking a restaurant attendant to manage salad bar setup, stocking, and cleanliness. You will coordinate with the kitchen, monitor inventory, and assist in other areas as needed.

Qualified candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Prior restaurant experience is preferred and physical tasks include standing for long periods and light lifting.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be organized, flexible and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Capable of understanding and executing tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Know menu items.
• Set up and break down salad bar.
• Monitor product needs and coordinate with kitchen.
• Keep buffet and salad bar clean.
• Ensure buffet is correctly stocked.
• Rotate and refill crocks and lettuce bowls when half full.
• Manage hold times.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists.
• Other duties as assigned by Company Management.
• Must be able to stand for long periods; lift up to 20 pounds.
