Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas, invites a buffet server to join a busy marketplace restaurant. The role focuses on prompt, courteous service in a tip-free environment and includes responsibilities to maintain front-of-house cleanliness and smooth operation.

We require a friendly, outgoing personality; restaurant serving experience is a plus but training is provided.

• Food Safety Certification and State Beverage Certification required within 30 days.

Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality - High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

BASIC FUNCTION: The buffet Server will work in our marketplace buffet style restaurant. This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service for the guest, and will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant front of house. It is important to know that we are tip-free environment so this position is paid a base hourly rate, no tips will be received. Status: Full Time Availability: 2nd shift Payrate: $19 per hour - no tips Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

What are we looking for?

Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to smile and talk to people. Restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required. We will train! Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification are required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed. Compensation: $19 - $19
