Job summary

Island View Casino Resort is seeking a Buffet Busser to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain a spotless dining area. You will assist guests entering the buffet and promptly reset tables and chairs between seatings.

Responsibilities include clearing dirty dishes, removing trash from tables and service stations, and transporting used items to the designated washing area. A high school diploma or GED is required, and lifting up to 30 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with bus carts and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests entering the buffet with fast, friendly service.
• Clean and reset tables and chairs between seatings.
• Remove trash from tables, chairs, floor, and service stations; bring to designated area for washing.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes and sanitize areas to keep seating ready.
