Pay Rate: $16.50/hr + Tips

Job Summary: Located across the street from Wrigley Field are the Wrigley Rooftops. We are one of the most unique professional sports experiences in the country. Up to 200 guests can enjoy an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service, including beer, wine, soft drinks, and water at one of our 11 multi-level club spaces. This is a seasonal position based specifically around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field. This position is part of a Tip Pool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of workstation and guest areas.
2. Stocking food service areas and coolers in accordance with Levy standards.
3. Carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
4. Cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Providing exceptional customer service.
6. Resolving customer concerns and relaying relevant information to supervisor.
7. Assuring compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
8. Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualified candidates must be able to:

1. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
2. Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
3. Stand for long periods of time.
4. Work indoors and outdoors.
5. Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner.
6. Work as part of a team.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Experience in the food and beverage industry.
3. Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate.
4. Clean and presentable appearance.
