Legends & ASM Global seeks a buffet attendant for events at the Advent Health Training Center and Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. You will set up, serve, and break down meal service, deliver catering supplies, and maintain food temperatures to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

• Available for all Buccaneers and USF games and major stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service per Legends standards.
• Completes opening and closing duties as directed by management.
• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Arranges buffet tables with food, beverages and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after event is completed.
• Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to proper location.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Adheres to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
