Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, counter-service environment. You will manage budgets, training, scheduling, and guest service to deliver legendary experiences.

Required: 1–4 years in restaurant management, knowledge of labor laws and health codes, and the ability to analyze P&L statements.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of restaurant or QSR experience, or previous restaurant management/GM experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
