Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant's daily operations, financial health, and guest experience in a fast-paced, quick-service environment. You will coach and develop the team, manage costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing labor, food cost controls, training, and delivering legendary guest experiences while building a franchise from the ground up alongside a locally owned operation.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have experience in quick service or fast food restaurant, or previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You should have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Familiarity with safety and security systems, procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including financial health and success.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team and shift managers to deliver legendary guest experiences.

As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development and engagement of all restaurant team member and shift managers, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.

YOU GOT THIS

You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team. Works well with goals to hit parameters in Labor Management, Food Cost and Supply Cost for Bonus Opportunities.
