JOB PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to positively represent the Buffalo Wild Wings Brand as a first point of contact for Guests. This role is responsible for managing all takeout orders, accurately entering orders into the Point of Sale System, and collecting payments.

Cashier/Greeter: Make a great first impression with each Guest. Greet guests enthusiastically and genuinely. This position involves multi-tasking: managing takeout orders, assisting guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Always be ready to help and invite guests to return.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• This is a part-time position, averaging 29 hours or less per week. After 12 months, if averaging 30+ hours, you may qualify for medical benefits. Full-time expectations are 36-40 hours per week.
• Provide a friendly welcome and ensure timely seating of guests.
• Participate in company programs like Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS. Follow BARS standards, including ID checks for guests who appear under 40.
• Follow proper phone etiquette and answer calls per company standards.
• Bus tables, deliver food, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete daily tasks.
• Respond to customer concerns and involve management when necessary.
• Engage guests to create a personalized experience.
• Handle payments, manage cash drawer, and process credit transactions.
• Use menu knowledge to suggest items and upsell.
• Enter takeout orders accurately into the POS system.
• Bag and check takeout orders for accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the cashier area.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback to encourage future visits.
• Assist with prep, portioning, expo, and running food as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
