SUMMARY: This Executive Sous Chef will have a primary focus on performance cuisine and nutrition. This role will work with the Executive Chef and Team Sports Dietitian to deliver a nutrition program that optimizes player performance. This includes maintaining the nutrition analysis software, executing menus and providing team meals for the players and coaching staff, and maintaining food, beverage, and supplies within all team-related lounges and dining spaces. The job will consist of coordinating and executing all (Home) team meals for the Buffalo Sabres over the course of the season. Candidate may be asked to provide additional food and beverage meals as needed and directed by the organization and VP of Hospitality.
