Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a proactive team member to greet guests, guide vehicles safely, and perform daily tasks in a fast-paced tunnel car wash.

You will learn safety procedures, operate equipment, complete the nightly close, and participate in mandatory training while providing outstanding guest service in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel.
• Safely guide and load each vehicle per size.
• Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process.
• Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate.
• Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash.
• Make key adjustments to car wash equipment.
• Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service.
• Complete daily shift report to document shift performance.
