Broadway Cannabis Market in Portland's Montavilla area is seeking a Budtender to assist customers, manage cannabis product queries, and ring up weekend sales in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will ensure accurate age verification, proper product weighing and labeling under OLCC rules, maintain clean shelves, and stay informed about new products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• General knowledge of cannabis products and OLCC sales limits.
• Customer service skills and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• English communication, verbal and written, is required.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cannabis products and advise on needs.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Educate customers on safe cannabis use.
• Weigh, package, and label products per OLCC.
• Check IDs to verify age.
• Follow management directions.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Stay updated on new products and trends.
• Turn on Slack notifications and acknowledge updates.
• Provide weekend/front desk coverage.
