Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-focused store associate to enhance the in-store experience. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and process online orders with attention to product knowledge.

The role requires reliable, punctual team players who can handle fast-paced environments and pass a Level 2 background check within 72 hours of offer. Forklift may be unused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and fingerprinting within 72 hours of offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in-store through product knowledge.
• Ensure proper and accurate use of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and training binder.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure signage and pricing are updated.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and general housekeeping.
• Maintain a positive attitude to create a positive work environment.

What the role is about:

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in storethrough product knowledge.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment

Whatyou’veaccomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter

What you’re capable of:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must have reliable transportation to store
