Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a friendly retail associate to promote a positive, customer service oriented environment in-store.

You will handle POS, cash, inventory, merchandising, and assist customers in person, on the phone, and online orders while ensuring compliance and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fields.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background check required within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer-focused environment in-store.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience through product knowledge.
• Use and train others on the POS system; manage cash, safe audits, and drop procedures.
• Greet customers and assist with in-store, phone, and online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure signage and pricing is current.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Uphold company policies and compliance standards.

• Compensation: $15/hour

What the role is about:

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in storethrough product knowledge.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the
• training and compliance binder
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment

What you’veaccomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter

What you're capable of:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must have reliable transportation to store
