Job summary

Eaze in Orlando, FL is hiring for a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role pays $15/hour and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a positive store environment, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will greet customers, assist in-store, on the phone, and with online orders, while handling POS cash transactions, stocking inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and fingerprinting within 72 hours of offer.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS and cash handling basics.

What the role is about:

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in storethrough product knowledge.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the
• training and compliance binder
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment

What you’veaccomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter

What you're capable of:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must have reliable transportation to store
