Connected Cannabis Co. is hiring a Part‑Time Budtender for our Sacramento retail location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Typical shift times run between 8am and 10pm, with weekend availability required. Must be 21+ and comply with all policies and safety standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction in a growing company.”

What You Will Do

We have an immediate opening for Part Time Budtenders (sorry, no full time positions available) at our Sacramento retail location. Budtenders are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and support the overall day-to-day operations of our retail dispensary.

What We Are Looking For

• Must be 21+ years old


• Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase/decrease hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.


• must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday


• flexibility to be scheduled within 24-48 hours notice


• Shift times vary between the hours of 8am - 10pm

Compensation

Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance or 100 lbs. with assistance.


• Regularly required to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.


• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.


• Able to be in varying temperature and humidity environmental conditions


• Must not be allergic to or have a fear of insects.


• Work is performed in a fast‑paced cannabis grow location.
