Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is hiring a store associate in California to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

You will drive sales through interpersonal interactions, follow safety guidelines, and work a schedule including weekends. Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable in varying grow-room conditions.

What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional customer service; offer positive resolutions to customer inquires

What We Are Looking For

• Must be 21+ years old
• Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase/decrease hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.
  • must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • flexibility to be scheduled within 24-48 hours notice
  • Shift times vary between the hours of 8am - 10pm

Compensation

• Competitive pay starting at$20.00per hour.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance or 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Regularly required to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
• Able to be in varying temperature and humidity environmental conditions
• Must not be allergic to or have a fear of insects.
• Work is performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location.
