We are looking for a Sales Associate to join the High Profile dispensary team, helping guide customers through understanding, selecting, and acquiring products that meet their needs, while providing excellent customer service.

In this role you will…

1. Greet customers upon arrival and perform initial check-in by verifying IDs.
2. Assist new customers with questions and required forms; update customer information in the POS system.
3. Maintain the waiting room and sales floor, ensuring they are well stocked and organized.
4. Educate customers about cannabis properties and help select appropriate products based on their needs.
5. Fill online orders efficiently; greet and checkout curbside customers in compliance with regulations.
6. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
8. Use and maintain the POS system accurately.
9. Follow cash handling policies and perform daily cash and compliance reporting.
10. Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
11. Comply with all dispensary policies, including regulations, security, inventory tracking, dress code, and schedules.
12. Ensure compliance with local and state regulations, SOPs, and company policies.

Skills and Experience You Have…

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Experience as a Budtender and using POS systems is preferred but not required.
5. Knowledge of cannabis products (flower, edibles, vapes, topicals, tinctures, RSO, etc.).
6. Understanding of medical benefits of cannabis products.
7. Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Must be at least 21 and pass a background check.
11. Eligible for necessary permits.
