Job summary

TRP is seeking a Budtender in Pensacola, FL to deliver world-class customer experiences in a retail cannabis store. This part-time, non-exempt role requires enthusiastic service, product knowledge, and compliance with store standards.

You will greet customers, share cannabis education, support loyalty programs, and contribute to a welcoming store environment while working weekends and extended hours.

This job operates in a professional store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
