Job summary

Bloom MT in Helena, MT is seeking a friendly Budtender to join Montana's leading cannabis company. You will help customers choose products, share knowledge about strains and consumption, and ensure a safe, compliant shopping environment.

You will process sales, maintain tidy displays, and support the team with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior cannabis retail experience is a plus, and MT Cannabis Worker's Permit is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in cannabis retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to educate customers on cannabis strains and products.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in cash handling and compliance.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain MT Cannabis Worker's Permit.
