The Herbal Connection has been locally owned and operated for 12 years and is still going strong. We're a large, busy dispensary with a lot of products, a lot of customers, and plenty of opportunities to make someone's day. We're looking for a friendly, dependable teammate who takes pride in great service and enjoys staying busy.

The Job

You'll help everyone from first-time shoppers to seasoned cannabis enthusiasts find products that fit their preferences. That means listening, asking good questions, sharing what you know, and giving every customer a welcoming experience-even during a rush.

Your day will include:

• Making customer connections. Offer thoughtful recommendations and help customers feel comfortable asking questions.

• Keeping your till on point. Process transactions accurately, count change carefully, and keep your cash organized.

• Learning the lineup. Build your knowledge of our extensive selection so you can explain products clearly and confidently.

• Keeping the store ready. Restock shelves, refresh displays, and support our inventory team in keeping products organized and available.

• Pitching in. Help with cleaning and daily store tasks. A great customer experience takes the whole team.

• Following the rules. Stay attentive to compliance requirements, store policies, and procedures. It's cool to be a rule follower-especially here.

Interested in delivery? Budtender/Driver opportunities may also be available, with positions at the higher end of our pay range.

What You Bring

You're approachable, reliable, and ready to work. You enjoy cannabis, but you also understand that this job takes accuracy, teamwork, and consistent effort.

• Can stay organized and attentive in a busy environment.

• Is curious, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions.

• Takes direction well and notices when the team needs a hand.

• Is 21 or older and has a valid cannabis worker permit.

Retail, customer service, or dispensary experience is a plus, but it isn't required. A great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
