Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Cannabis knowledge is a big plus—but training is provided for the right person.
• Confidence in using POS systems and handling cash.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with Quality Roots.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.

• Complete sales transactions accurately and in compliance with local/state regulations.
• Keep displays stocked and product presentations fresh.

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all guests.
• Provide feedback to the team to improve service and offerings.
• Upsell premium products and limited-edition items by highlighting benefits and value.
• Cross-sell complementary products (e.g., pairing flower with rolling papers or edibles with beverages).
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective recommendations and engagement.
• Promote store promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to maximize basket size.
