Quality Roots in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Budtender (Quality Care Specialist) to guide guests through our cannabis selection and provide expert recommendations.

You will handle transactions, maintain displays, stay current on product releases, and help customers find the right products while contributing to a welcoming, safe shopping experience.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Cannabis knowledge is a big plus-but we're happy to train the right passionate individual
• Confidence in using POS systems and handling cash
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with us
