Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate the monthly financial close and reporting.
• Forecast budget revenues and expenditures and prepare projections.
• Develop salary schedules and analyze costs for contracts and negotiations.
• Communicate financial information to senior stakeholders and prepare cost/benefit analyses.
• Coordinate financial training for budget managers and program directors.
• Monitor budgets to ensure expenditures align with approvals and policies.
