Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and preparing budget narratives/reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating, grants, and capital budgets for departments based on performance, forecasts, and historical data.
• Prepare reports and fund summaries comparing actuals to budget and estimates for city leadership and public.
• Monitor budgets and performance measures, provide forecasts, and train staff on budgeting processes.
