Candidate must have 36 months of finance budget experience, deep understanding of budgetary principles, data analysis skills, and strong written/spoken English; must obtain Financial Management Certification Levels One through Three within 24 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic principles and concepts of the budgetary process.
• Must possess skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately.
• Clearly enunciate English without impediment of speech; write English in reports and presentation formats.
• Present formal training presentations and briefings; apply procedures reading and interpreting technical material.
• Ability to brief senior level management on budget related issues.
