Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related discipline.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in budget, economic or financial analysis; utility/government budgeting experience preferred.
• Experience with internal controls, reporting, and financial projections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Collects and analyzes information; interviews SMEs and uses business systems to develop solutions.
• Develops spreadsheet models, data mining, and databases to support analysis.
• Prepares ad hoc financial analyses, variance reports, and financial projections.
• Maintains financial documents and ensures compliance with policy and regulations.
