Job summary

You’ll coordinate annual budgeting, benchmarks, and finance training while ensuring accurate data in purchasing and reporting systems. Collaboration with university departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years budgeting and fiscal analysis experience.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Student Housing with ~ $50M annual scope.
• Coordinate annual budget process including templates, policy compliance, and long-term planning.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures; prepare fiscal reports and variance analyses.
• Ensure accurate data entry in purchasing and university financial systems (FMS).
