Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and preparation of the department budget and appropriation books.
• Work with divisions to develop budgets and analyze year-end expenditures.
• Analyze appropriation balances and ensure funds are available throughout the year.
• Prepare budget documents for Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.
• Provide ongoing analysis of revenues and expenditures and assist with annual forecasts.
