LOCATION: Middlesex County
HYBRID - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
INDUSTRY: Life Sciences / Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing

Salary: $40 - $50 per hour

Overview

Temp to perm role! Client is seeking a Financial Analyst with exposure to forecasting, budgeting and reporting cycles. As the Financial Analyst, you will partner with the business to build financial models. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing finance or accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Long-Term Financial Plan.
• Lead the financial modeling for gross margin analyses.
• Develop business cases related to investments and cost improvement initiatives.
• Analysis and reporting of Actuals vs. Budget.
• Responsible for KPI Reporting.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other departments within the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing finance or /accounting role.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and budget
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
