About the Division of Budget and Analysis: The Division of Budget and Analysis provides leadership and support to department and division management by (1) developing, executing and modifying the Department's operating budget; (2) researching and analyzing issues that impact the Department's budgets, plans and programs; and (3) developing innovative solutions to challenging problems.
