Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or more with equivalent substitution.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and report on budgetary performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain budget/financial systems and dashboards; manage data in SQL as needed.
• Lead collaborative projects to improve efficiency and customer service campus-wide.
• Provide training and resources for campus budget analysts and staff.
• Participate in design and implementation of budgeting system improvements.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and communicate findings clearly.
• Build forecasting models for revenue, spending, salary costs, and peer comparisons.
• Research policy impacts and propose procedural changes.
