As a Budget Analyst within the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center, some of your specific duties will include:

  1. Oversee financial operations by monitoring expenditures, processing transactions, analyzing costs, and funding needs, preparing reports, and managing reimbursable agreements.
  2. Review, record & process funding agreements.
  3. Close out accounts at end of fiscal year.
  4. Manage account receivables and maintain a tracking system.
  5. Use automated databases to prepare budget reports.
