Responsibilities

• Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and cost estimates for programs and projects.
• Support preparation of cost estimates, projections, and rough order of magnitude analyses.
• Track and manage financial documentation, agreements, and approval processes.
• Monitor budget execution, spending plans, and financial performance across programs.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking funding, obligations, and expenditures.
• Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention.
• Support development and maintenance of program budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support cost-effective decision‑making.
• Review contracts, financial systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial status and funding requirements.
• Assist with estimating costs for ongoing and future program activities.
• Support workforce and resource planning through financial analysis and projections.
• Track and analyze planned versus actual expenditures and resource utilization.
• Identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial records.
