Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in required state; compact license holders must obtain permanent license immediately
• Candidates must hold an active license in the required state
• Prior credentialing and licensure documentation must be completed per contract QA standards

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI before start
• Maintain availability for day shift hours and 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Ensure license status aligns with submission and proposed start date
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement and dress code during orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
