Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week temporary assignment in Buckeye, Arizona. The schedule runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, totaling 40 hours weekly.

This position requires active PT licensure, credentialing accuracy, and adherence to the client’s start-date and documentation requirements. The role includes full credentialing support, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Active PT license is required.
• Experience with credentialing in travel assignments is preferred.
• Must maintain current licensure and fulfill documentation before start.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation with ATI prior to start.
• Obtain permanent license if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license if working in SC
• Must not have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure start date aligns with current license status at time of submission
• Include license status in submission documentation
• Meet all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the required setting
• Maintain an active license throughout the duration of the assignment
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license if working in SC (no compact license accepted)
• Must not have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
