Xylem Tree Experts in North Carolina is seeking a Bucket Operator to remove branches from electrical lines using heavy equipment. You must hold an active CDL and be able to drive trucks over 26,000 lbs.
You will follow safety rules, assist foreperson, operate equipment, perform daily maintenance, and support storm restoration work as needed. This is a full-time, outdoor role requiring travel for storm response and compliance with background checks and drug screening.
The Bucket Operator operates heavy equipment of various types to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines. Must have active CDL.
Equipment Operators have no direct reports.
Prior heavy equipment operating experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred.
High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
Must meet I-9 requirements.
This position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
