About The Role

As a Buca Host at our Indianapolis location, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of seating throughout the restaurant. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about our menu and specials. Additionally, you will collaborate with waitstaff and management to optimize seating arrangements and enhance overall guest satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications
