The Buca Assistant General Manager at Park Lane will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The Assistant GM will also be instrumental in driving sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
