Bancroft is currently seeking a BTS Support Dispatcher to join our BTS department at our Cherry Hill, NJ headquarters.

The BTS Support Dispatcher acts as first-level support for basic requests and triages all other BTS requests. Manages BTS procurement and asset inventory processes.






Responsibilities




How You Can Make A Real Impact:

    Leverages the BTS call center electronic ticketing system to assign requests to appropriate
  • Acts as initial contact for Bancroft employees calling in BTS related problems and service
  • Provides basic support and troubleshooting where applicable at time of initial Including but not limited to password resets, printer installs, termination requests, etc.
  • Answers Technical Support telephone Completely and accurately documents incoming requests received via phone call, voicemail, or intranet, to include requestor's name, explanation of problem, etc. Assigns the work order according to BTS procedures.
  • Provides administrative support in the areas of trouble ticket maintenance, software and hardware
  • Assists with the purchase requisitions process for BTS department
  • Manages Stewart/Xerox Business printer





Qualifications




We Are Hiring BTS Support Dispatcher Who:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a professional office environment.
  • Comfortable and capable in working with computer applications.
  • Fundamental knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and modify application generated data.
  • Comfortable in a multitask environment.
  • Extremely effective oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to communicate guidance and instruction to users who call in BTS related issues.
  • Valid driver's license required in incumbent's legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions.
  • Minimum 18 years of age required.
