Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring experienced and entry-level Behavior Therapists to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism aged 1–21 under supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes high-quality care, clear communication with families, and ongoing trainings in a supportive team.

We offer a high hourly pay rate of $19.00–$30.00 per hour and a structured, organized work environment focused on growth and client outcomes.

What is an ABA Therapist - Behavior Therapist?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

What you need:

• Must have ABA experience

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.

• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program

• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

• Valid state identification card

• Reliable transportation

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance

• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions

• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
