Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is hiring part-time entry-level ABA roles to support children with Autism at home or community-based sites. You will receive full training and begin making a meaningful impact quickly.

No experience is required, and the role offers paid training and flexible scheduling. You may need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to at least six months, with a focus on compassionate, patient care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
